Say Hello

Weathering the Storm in Cascais

The last adventure starts in Lisbon and Vilamoura, it should be a two or three week trip that became almost eight, due to weather conditions and the boat maintenance. I flew from Barcelona after I spent a few days working for the winter quick start season in Morzine, my fav spot on the French Alps. I was cooking this time for some of the best English and Irish Chalets on this side of the slopes. The fun now is about the deliver of this beautiful 14m sailing boat.

I was planning to stay for the day in Lisbon and pretend I was a tourist taking pictures and finding something to write about the place, but I was cough by the rain that forced me to head straight to a hostal, and I could find a good and cheap one, Turkish detail and attention in Lisbon downtown, couldn’t be better J

I am not a big fan of planning my adventures; I think that is what makes the journey more pleasurable and funny.
